Jonas Buyle

Jonas Buyle is the Business Manager at Cronos Security, where he focuses on helping organizations strengthen their resilience against modern cyber threats.He brings extensive experience from the financial sector, having previously led Fraud and Cyber Security at ING Belgium. In this role, he was responsible for protecting critical systems and customers against evolving threats, combining security, risk management, and operational response. Earlier, Jonas held leadership roles in data and analytics within ING Belgium and the Netherlands, where he drove large-scale, cloud-based transformations. This background gives him a strong understanding of how security, data, and business operations intersect in complex environments. Today, he works closely with executive stakeholders to align cyber security with business continuity and regulatory expectations, and regularly speaks on topics such as cyber resilience, ransomware recovery, and regulatory-driven security (NIS2, DORA).
