Stéphane Vince

Stéphane Vince is the Director of Technology and Digital Administration at the Agence du Numérique. As part of the Digital Wallonia initiative, he oversees the CyberWal programme alongside representatives from academia and industry. This programme, grounded in four key pillars—awareness, training, research, and dissemination—targets all societal actors, including businesses, training organizations, the public sector, associations, and private individuals. CyberWal’s mission is to raise the cyber maturity level of all Walloon stakeholders, equipping them to face the risks and challenges associated with cyber threats. Additionally, Stéphane Vince provides guidance and support to Walloon public agencies, assisting them in their digital transformation, with a focus on data, processes, and security.
