• These awards are for applicants and nominees working in Belgium only.
  • Applications are free-of-charge and must be submitted before October 4th, 2025, 11:00 PM.
  • Nominations are free-of-charge and must be submitted earlier as to allow the nominees to apply within said deadline.
  • Self-nomination is not possible for the Lifetime Achievement Award. Eligible persons can only be nominated.
  • Submissions will only be accepted in the form of the official online application or nomination form. In case of duplicate application or nomination forms, the task force will consider the last application or nomination submitted.
  • Candidates may apply for one or more awards.
  • The Jury is not obliged to consider additional information that is submitted after the official deadline and prior to the Jury deliberation.
  • Applications must relate to activities performed by the candidate within the last 24 months.
  • Applicants who participated last year, can resubmit their application possibly supplemented by new achievements. Candidates may participate in up to three consecutive awards campaigns, after which a two‑year cooling‑off period applies.
  • The Jury may decide to grant another award to the applicant than the one for which the applicant has submitted an application form.
  • Candidates are liable for obtaining necessary permissions to share their project achievements and knowledge and represent being entitled to share all information provided to the Jury.
  • Candidates agree to allow Jury members to verify the information included in the application form directly and independently (including with referees and work supervisors).
  • Except for the Lifetime Achievement Award, finalists must be present (or be represented) during the award ceremony to share their approach and agree to the use of their name and image for advertising and editorial purposes.
  • The winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award must accept the recognition before any publicity is made.
  • Winners and finalists may be filmed during the awards ceremony and pictures will be taken and published.
  • Jury members and the event organiser may process candidates’ data as necessary to organise and publicise this event. However, the finalist’s videos submitted to the Jury will not be published. Thet only serve as inputs to the decision-making process.
  • Candidates have the right to access and rectify their data by contacting the organiser.
